At Thoughtfuldrbout, we stand behind our flower bed designs and balcony garden installations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your garden project and offer the following guarantees and policies.

Plant Establishment Guarantee

We offer a 30-day plant establishment guarantee on all installed plants. If any plants fail to establish within 30 days of installation, we will replace them at no additional cost, provided that:

  • The plants received proper watering according to our care instructions
  • No damage was caused by external factors (pets, weather events, vandalism)
  • The plants were not relocated or disturbed after installation
  • You notify us within the 30-day period

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our design or installation service, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

Design Revisions

Our design packages include up to two rounds of revisions before installation begins. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Once installation has started, changes to the approved design may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service agreement under the following conditions:

  • Before design work begins: Full refund of any deposits paid
  • After design approval but before installation: Refund minus design fees and any materials ordered
  • After installation begins: No refund available, but we will complete the work to the agreed scope

Materials and Products

Plants, containers, and materials specifically ordered for your project cannot be returned once delivered, as they are selected to match your specific design requirements and site conditions.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under our return or guarantee policies:

  • Damage caused by improper care or neglect
  • Natural plant dormancy or seasonal changes
  • Damage from extreme weather events
  • Pest or disease issues that arise after the guarantee period
  • Changes in plant appearance due to normal growth patterns

How to Request Service

To request a plant replacement under our guarantee or to discuss any concerns about your project:

  • Contact us by phone or email with your project details
  • Provide photos of any plants in question
  • Describe the care routine you have followed
  • Allow us to schedule a site visit if needed
